Oxford University Press X OnSide Revise Event
Oxford University Press (OUP), leading education publisher, joined forces with OnSide, the national youth charity, to host an engaging event specifically for OnSide Youth Zone members focused on empowering students to develop effective revision strategies.
Taking place at OnSide’s Legacy Youth Zone in Croydon renowned influencers, TikTok star Matt Green and YouTuber Primrose Kitten, led an interactive session designed to boost confidence and prepare students for success in upcoming exams. Each participating hub received a donation of Oxford Revise guides to create their own library of revision resources.
Some feedback from participants included:
- “I found it really helpful because it wasn’t just ‘here are the answers to the questions’, it was how to revise and not just what to revise; for example, explaining what the command words mean – and that was helpful”
- “Great opportunity for everyone to learn more about science and explore their path throughout the science topic. I personally found it great as we get revision guides for the upcoming exams we have in our schools”
Ken Costa X The Art of Money and Communication Podcast
On Wednesday we saw Ken join Joshua Philip, host of The Art of Money and Communication podcast, talk everything from Ken’s upbringing, his relationship with money, lessons learned and of course The 100 Trillion Dollar Wealth Transfer. Watch this space, podcast episode coming soon.
